Where we deliver, what it costs, and how long it takes.
We ship to Malaysia and Singapore. Nowhere else, for now — we would rather do two places properly than ten badly.

All prices on this site are in Malaysian Ringgit, including orders to Singapore. Your bank handles the conversion at its own rate.
The free-shipping threshold is higher for Singapore because a cross-border parcel costs several times a domestic one. We would rather tell you that than quietly raise the price of the clothes.
Timing
We pack and dispatch within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday go out on the next working day.
Once dispatched:
- West Malaysia — 2–4 working days
- East Malaysia — 4–7 working days
- Singapore — 3–7 working days
These are the courier's estimates, not promises we control. Festive periods, customs and weather all add time.
Tracking
When your parcel is collected we add the courier and tracking number to your order, and email you to say it is on its way.
You can look it up at any time from track your order, with your order number and email address. If you have an account, every order is listed there without needing the number.
Singapore: tax and customs
Orders to Singapore are an import. Singapore may charge GST and customs duties on what you buy, and the courier may add a small handling fee for collecting it.
These are not included in what you pay us, and we do not collect them on your behalf. They are charged to you by the courier, usually before delivery. The amount depends on the value of your order and on Singapore customs rules at the time, so we cannot quote it in advance — your courier can.
If a parcel is refused because the recipient does not want to pay the import charges, it is treated as a return: we refund the goods, not the shipping, and the cost of sending it back is deducted.
Addresses
Please check your address before paying. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you and can resend it once you cover the postage again.
If a parcel goes missing or arrives damaged
Message us with your order number and, for damage, a photo. We will chase the courier, and if it cannot be resolved we will replace the item or refund you. You do not have to argue with the courier yourself — that is our job.
