Size Guide
All measurements are in centimetres and describe your body, not the garment. Every product page also lists the flat measurements of that specific piece, so you can compare against something you already own.

The band should sit level and snug — it does most of the supporting. If the band rides up at the back, go down a band size and up a cup.

| S | 60 – 66 | 86 – 92 |
| M | 67 – 73 | 93 – 99 |

| XL | 81 – 88 | 107 – 113 |
For hygiene reasons underwear cannot be returned, so please check this chart before ordering.
How to measure yourself
Use a soft tape measure over bare skin or close-fitting clothes. Keep the tape snug but not tight — you should be able to slip a finger underneath.
- 1
Bust
Wearing a non-padded bra, run the tape around the fullest part of your chest. Keep it level all the way round and breathe normally.
- 2
Underbust
Run the tape directly under your bust, where a bra band sits. Pull it snug — this one should be firm, not loose.
- 3
Waist
Find the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button. Do not hold your breath in.
- 4
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
- 5
Shoulder
Measure across your back, from the tip of one shoulder to the other.
- 6
Sleeve
From the shoulder tip, down the outside of a slightly bent arm, to the wrist bone.
Still not sure?
Measure a piece you already own and love, lay it flat, and compare it to the measurements on the product page. It is the most reliable way to get the fit right first time.
